Do you ever take a break from listening to Muse?I know it may sound unthinkable, but do you sometimes have a little break fom listening to Muse?
I realised I'd not listened to them for a couple of weeks earlier this week and put 'Assassin' on and it was so refreshing to listen to them again.

yup havent listened to them for several weeks to be honest.

Of course I listen to on average one track per day not even that sometimes I've discovered lots of different music

same here, I go through phases.. sometimes I'll listen to them every day for hours (while working etc) and then for weeks I won't.. like you said Ali it's refreshing to "rediscover" the songs after you haven't listened to them in a while..
Also it's been a while since we haven't gotten any new songs... (and it'll probably be a while too until we get some). Plus no gigs right now, etc.. the excitement subsides a bit.. but a true fan never dies

Well, I haven't taken a break from listening to Muse yet - I'm just so addicted to their songs.:s But I'm sure I'll have a little pause some day... let's see. Actually Muse is a quite new band for me, I started to listening to them last autumn.

i'm currently on a heavy metal phase aswell as new music being found

I pretty much listen to them every day now,
but there I went about 3 weeks without listening to them, cause i was obsessed with FFAF for a while, and then i listened to them again and i just thought, why havent i listened to them for ages?!

i needed to stop while in Florida, away from my computer. It was hard, like giving up something u love.
