Dunno where to put this but it looks like rumours go here. A rumour has broken out on the offical forum that Invincible will be Muse's next single despite the popular belief that it was going to be Map Of The Problematique. This claim seems to be supported by the fact that Kerrang just aired Invincible.

I hope it is a rumour I'll cry otherwise I LOVE MoTP and I was hoping there would be a video for it, Invincible isn't single material in my opinion and isn't typically "musey" and appealing to other audiences so it won't do well at all, not as much as map would. But then it again it could be an advantage as map won't be so overplayed all the time and I don't want my love for this song to die away I truly do love it *gets all emotional and orders a months supply of kleenex* :cry:

I can't imagen invincible getting that much air play.... The again maybe it could shock us all and do really well. It wouldn't suprise me if it was the next single as I don't think they have missed it out of any of their set lists since BHaR came out.

hmmmmmm, maybe Kerrang just played it as an album track?

I think they'll release 4 singles off BHaR, and while Map remains an almost certaintly, Invincible seems to be the only other track that could be a potential single.

It makes sense in my eyes, I think Invincible will possibly fill the gap and be released February time with Map coming out May time, just to get everyone ready for Wembley.

I'm crap on theories btw

i dont think Invincible would make a good single, its just not catchy enough! i would go for something like Exo to be honest

To be honest, in an interview, Matt did say that it was going to be either Invincible or MotP.

He was more favourable of Map because of it's dancey theme, however there is a possibilty Invincible could be next..

There hasn't been any confirmation as of yet from the band, so for those who want Invincible next, don't get your hopes up, and for those who want Map, don't give up just yet

It is weird, all this seems fake to me.
Invincible is such an amazing song in live, they would make a bad choice if thet want to get a better place in Charts...
I tried to find anywhere, I didn't see anything about this... so, this is still a big rumour.

Invincible seems to be an Unintended-type album track to me. Not typically Musey and different to everything else but still possibly released as a single. Which I'm not too happy about. I think it should be Map.

invincible is an easy track to make a single.
It's safe and publicly (minus muse fans) favoured.

Muse aren't attempting to attract their same fans, they want more newer fans. The more people they please the better.

Having said that, this is still a rumour and i have my money on Map :lol:

I dunno. Matt said once that it was the 'heart of the album' in the same way as Showbiz was. Hopefully it will take the same path as Showbiz and stay on there.

Matt Bellamy told the Lyon audience this evening that Invincible will be the next single. So there you have it, debate over 8) .
