I'm Chris and I live up in't hills of North-East England! (Geordie born and bred - cue the 'uh oh') It's a bit chilly here on a permanent basis, lots of nice scenery though.

Chris - "uh oh" is a North Eastern Brit thing? I say it all the time. Just asking coz I spent three years in Sheffield, so it kinda figures lol

Nah - I meant it as in me saying I'm a Geordie and people reacting to it going 'uh oh' as in, 'oh bugger, it's a Geordie... RUN!!'
People tend to have that reaction to us sometimes, we're all nice people really.

Hi Karen how is the weather in Iceland?
My Family are ok teenagers are troublesome but am hoping they will grow out of it one day... thank heavens for 10 year olds as my youngest is still as lovely as ever (for a couple of years anyway...)
the animals are as manic as ever...took Bella away with me last April (went to Scotland and the Lake District) we climbed Scafell Pike and were the highest bitches in England!
we also had puppies (long story...) and for some odd reason we acquired a pet lobster called Edward
anyway as for me I took some time out of my course to deal with the teenagers (and the puppies...) but at the end of the day they are still troublesome teenagers and will be for a while so even though the hecticness continues I am back at it and in my final year and am counting down the days until I qualify (fingers crossed hopefully September)
anyway must get back to work...lovely to hear from you all please update me with any significant news...Ill try not to do another disappearing act...

oh the memories.
I remember the storm as we stood chatting, some army planes flying by, and my daughter being sent to the merchandise stand because she kept interupting us.
I remember you blowing us kisses and waving your umbrella at us from your position nearly on the barrier.
Didn't you have a natter with Helen on the phone too?
