Is Empire better than the 1st album, Jess? I quite liked the 1st one, but it was a bit patchy, really....

I like them very much, their indie style suits mine though I don't like particular this one but I loved the first album I bought last year in London, i haven't got the new one, they were in Paris this month *cries*

These guys are quite regularly in my car CD player. I think they're great and quite enjoy driving whilst they are playing. Wonderful group.

I liked their first album .. just making my mind up about the second ..

There are I must say some gems in there ..
I think By my side is brilliant and Stuntman too ...
I like Shoot the Runner ..

However, I think they've taken that retro sound too far .. I wish they had laid the cythar to rest for some of their songs .. Sometimes when listening, Ithink I'm back in Katmandu!! :lol:

i loved their first album, second is no way near as good. i saw them live for the first time last weekend at the Isle if Wight festival, they were brilliant. i'd definitely like to see them again.
