Nah, Ali, they don't. Besides, these shots were taken by pro photographers, from great vantage points - and still they're far from perfect.

From Virtualfestivals.co.uk:

If Artic Monkeys are about minimalism, Muse are all about sheer unadulterated flamboyance. Born to play shows of this magnitude, this weekend may well have turned up many contenders to their throne, but a fantastic showing - buoyed by some stunning pyrotechnics and moving video screens - illustrates that Muse are the true kings of British rock. Everything from new tracks taken from ‘Black Holes & Revelations’ to older numbers plucked from their debut go down a proverbial storm. However, the biggest ovations are reserved for classics ‘New Born’ and ‘Plug In Baby, as Muse provide one of the most dazzling headline slots that Reading Festival has seen in its recent history.

From XFM:

As Muse kick into the 7 minute freakout of 'Knights Of Cydonia' the heavens completely open and the Main Stage crowd settles in for an utter soaking. However it matters little: from the band's now-famous cover of Nina Simone's 'Feeling Good' (described by one Xfm staffer as a "religious experience") to 'Plug In Baby' to 'Starlight' every hit blows another part of Leeds into the stratosphere.

With an identical set to Reading the previous night (apart from the welcome addition of 'Citizen Erased'), the three piece finished with a version of 'Newborn' that threatened to melt the front row, while an encore of 'Time Is Running Out', 'Stockholm Syndrome' and 'Take A Bow' cemented Muse, once again, as quite possibly the best live band on the planet. Probably the world.
Ju-Ju!
