How many of you others have actually met the guys from the band? I have twice - the first time just saying hullo to them after a really, really big show (75,000+) that they played in. It was the Curiosa Festival, so no one really knew who they were - they had just heard TiRO.

The second time Chris was out behind the venue (The Tabernacle - about 6,000 people with a floor and two balconies) playing footy with the guys from Razorlight. I called him over and asked him to sign my ticket, he did so and told me to hold on a minute, he went inside and grabbed Matt and Dom and they came out and signed it too. They talked to me for a minute (Just how long I'd been a fan and stuff) until about 50 people came over, then they started signing other people's stuff and Matt went back in, then Chris, and finally Dom - leaving just the shirtless guys from Razorlight playing ball up against a brick wall.

Both times the members have come off as rather nice to me, perhaps Matt the least, but Chris was definitely sociable.

Ham of the Problematique

I haven't ever met Matt or Dom (one day!!!!) but I have met Chris while shopping in Exeter. He came into Mansons guitar shop (where I was) with his littlest in the pushchair. He was absolutely lovely, really sociable and talkative - even though you would have thought he would get tired of crazy fans approaching him during his shopping. He signed the B&H single for me (I'd just bought it), we had a chat and then I left him to it, not wanting to bug him. It was completely mad. I think if I were him, out shopping and approached by me, kitted out as a full on crazy Muser, I would run the other way!
