My Chemical Romance - support band??There have been rumours about MCR being the support band but i don't know... Just because someone is number one on a friends myspace doesn't mean they will support them.. or does it?
I don't think it will be all that bad.. i can think of MUCH better bands to start but also tonnes of worse bands.
what do you guys think..

Honestly, I would maybe not even go see Muse in concert if MCR was opening... it'd be tough.

Well I love MCR and have seen them play and they are brilliant, so it would not cause me to suffer an aneurysm...I dont think any band would stop me seeing a band play, its not like you have to watch them anyway.
I do know they are supporting them for a gig in Scotland  which I would give my right hand to attend, to amazing bands at one gig!!!  :roll:

hehehe i have to say most people liked MCR more when they were less famous... but i think it would be bearable. I'll just pop in ear plugs or summin if i'm too excited for muse. lol
meh its just gives people an excuse to boo em off!

Quite like MCR myself - saw then at GIAN earlier this year - they were really good.
Did go to a Manics gig once where Ian Brown was the support - he got booed off - he was the worst gig I have ever ever seen.

I s'pose that U.S. MCR fans must be different from MCR fans everywhere else. I could stand the band simply because I like pretty much any live music, but the fans are the reason I would avoid the show if I could bring myself to.
I saw Spoon get booed off stage once when they opened for Switchfoot... it was horrible, there were like 7 Spoon fans in a crowd of 12,000

I too have seen MCR in concert and had thoughts inappropriate to a woman of my advancing years and hormonal fluctuations about Gerard Way :oops:
Seriously though, MCR put on a good show and I know they are either loved or hated, but give them a chance, they kick ass in a live show, and that's where is matters to be honest, if a band can pull it off on stage then they deserve respect.
