What is a terrorist?Ok we pretty much all know that a terrorist causes terror to a nation, with either the destruction of theirself or the area around them.. so who says all countries aren't terrorists? Each country in its own way has gone about causing terror to another country in the hopes that they can cause catastrophic damage. So would you say the 7/7 bombings were an act of terrosim... most would say yes. But what about the missiles fired to and from lebanon.. surely they are acts of terrorism. The lebanese (hezbollah troops) are firing missles into an area not knowing 'exactly' where it could land. They are injuring innocent civillian's in the process.. does this make them terrorists too?

It was Israel who were doing the lions share of indiscriminate killing, actually.
In fighting a war on a far off, obfuscated idea, the war on terror, ''we'' have become just that which ''we'' fight.
Even if you believe official statistics on the war, Osama bin Tea-Towel killed 3000 people on 9/11, whereas in the Middle-East, ''we'' have killed around ten thousend civilians. So even according to official sources, the Coalition of the Willing comes out the bigger terrorist.

i agree.. sorry i meant both ways. Both in and out of lebanon so the israeli bombing too... shoulda made that clearer. I think any war is an act of terrorism but it just affects people on a greater scale.

indeed. And the fact our nation is encouraging things like this, such as the iraq war as well, is not only selfish its irrational. War isn't ALWAYS the only way to solve a political issue. Its because people resort to violence that we must use violence against them in order to thwart their power. Its a shame really but hey.. its a cruel uncanny world out there and i;m only one muser

Actually, those official statistics go up and down all the time, becous after all, they're not keeping count.
