Your musical youthno, its nothing to do with an 80's band of the same name
What were the bands that you grew up with? Well i have all the 90's music, and cause im technically still growing up...ive got 00's music as well...
But it was mainly crappy stuff like the spice girls from my sister... and then my parents listened to stuff like thin lizzy, def leapard, whitesnake, guns n' roses etc etc...so i think thats why i prefer rock music above all other types of music, i have my parents to thank for it... And at the moment im stuck with my sister listening to that frigging basshunter song....ITS DRIVING ME INSANE!!!!!! |

Well I was a teen from 93- 99
Radiohead, Blur, Pulp, Nirvana, Aerosmith(lol I love them, Crazy and Crying good memories!) Guns'n'Roses, Take That(for a while) Portishead, REM, Muse No Doubt, Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins Lots of early Indie and grunge I spose

for me it was punk rock, i spent from the age of 16 to about 18 in a black bin liner held together by safety pins lol
i listened to T Rex, Sex Pistols, Sparks, Siouxie and the Banshees and David Bowie mostly i think, in my opinion it was a hell of a great era to grow up in, although it makes me feel bloody old now!! |

Aww, i'd have loved to have grown up in the punk rock era! I'm still a teenager now :S and at the moment the music that is associated with my era is people in tracksuits rapping about shooting people...what a great way to remember my youth in years to come  ...
So i've sort of gone to the past, i love all the old bands, and loads of rock bands from the 90's as well...MUSE! 
Any excuse to mention them...i know

i listen to all that stuff too.[even the music is twice my age
depeche, banshees, oh oh oh! THE CURE! only a, personal, favorite. some bowie, radiohead, definatley those pearl jammers! sex pistols, the clash, im a little down with nirvana...ah! pulp and blur!!i love blur. the pixies!classic. i grew up in ym parents records and old cds... 
if i say depeche mode in my class theyre all talking about backstreet boys or something new and lame. and i dont like the backstreet boys just so you know! |

Adam and the Ants were my life  though never got to see them live =(
Loved The Cure, The Banshees, Depeche Mode, The Clash and loads of other stuff (plus some cheesy 80's stuff too) |

I love all old stuff too, Queen, Guns N' Roses, Nirvana, The Clash... I'm stuck in the past
But i like new music as well...
