scarves are simple once you know how add stitches and then you only need to know at least 1 kind of stitch and your scarf can be all one design for starters You could use a funky fun wool to make it less boring Good luck, I hope to see something from you

I was knitting this thing for my head today, it's like a big wide wool headband, instead of a hat, so you can wear your hair up, but I was listening to Potter so forgot to be checking the size and now it's too small haha but I will send it to my sister Still gonna make one for me though.*not my design*

just need to buy a fancy button for the closure

That's such a good idea... I never thought of that.

I'm going to try a scarf not in town until next week so I have to wait until then to get some cool wool, but I am all excited!

I made a cute lil project the other day, it's on my new fave site

http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/ it is the "Button Hair Clips" on the main page. If it's not there anymore, it will be under the projects tab. They are super simple to make and I think super cute

Of course there are other cool projects there too

I think the thing is, it doesn't have to perfect, that's my motto anyway lol

If you really want to do it, give it a shot, start with something simple. Maybe sewing or knitting isn't your thing, but there a million other things you can do!

Have a look at this site I live there it is sooooo cool

http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/

Cooking is being crafty and I know you try new things There are so many cool cooking sites out there too
