I'm a bit lazy to go through all the songs, but I do think brilliant songwriting is too rare in Muse music. But doesn't matter, they have lyrics that are emotional and in a combination with perfect use of instruments and Matt's stunning vocals make you implode or explode a thousand times.
The song that I think is the best lyrically is Megalomania.[/i] |

my personal and current favourites...
muscle museum in its entirety...
all of citizen erased but in particular...
wash me away
clean your body of me
erase all the memories
they will only bring us pain
and ive seen all ill ever need
and nature_1 in its entirety though my fave line is you are a natural disaster...
love it love it love it
hmm what this says about my current mental state...i think i need to go off and listen to butterflies and hurricanes...really loud...or perhaps stockholm syndrome... |
