I had two jabs a couple of weeks ago, and both my arms were numb for days! _________________

geez Louise, right now, my life sucks.
My bipolar disorder (which I've had for years) has reared its ugly end again recently.. and I'm really, really depressed (the down-low end of the disorder, the other end being the manic episodes, which thankfully, aren't too intense for me). The depression though.. is quite intense. Hard to manage.
So much so that my therapist put me on sick leave for a month (first time ever I'm on sick leave). Of course being a freelancer and stuff that doesn't mean much (ie I won't get allowances) but she asked me to play by the rules and not work for a whole month, so I can regain energy and crawl out of that deep, deep and dark well I'm in right now.
You know the worst part? I can't go to Paris next week, so I wont get to see Muse on Tuesday
I'm just mad and so tired and so depressed and everything. Great. just fucking great. _________________

I can't believe I didn't know you were bipolar. I'm going through a diagnosis at the moment. Should have it by January, then I guess they'll treat me. If it helps at all, I can really sympathise with how you're feeling.
